I was celebrating my 66th birthday. All I wanted to do was relax with my family and hang around the pool for the weekend. We checked in late on Friday. We had an issue with our room. Since it was late and we were tired, we just went to bed and called about it in the morning. We talked to Isabella and she apologized for the inconvenience. Not only did she switch our room, she upgraded it. When she found out about our plans for my birthday, she gave us a cabana and breakfast. At breakfast, the staff sang happy birthday, which was a wonderful surprise, thank you Grace. The entire staff was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful weekend

This was my fourth stay at this hotel and i'm always satisfied. The hotel decor is a little tired but the amenities eg gym & pool are lovely. The staff are very helpful, friendly & professional in all departments especially the front desk, night staff and the coffee shop. It's my go to place in Orlando

The hotel has an excellent location if you are going to any of the Disney Parks or Disney Springs, basically anywhere in the Disney World Resort. You are just a few minutes away from everything without having to pay for the price of staying at a WDW Resort Hotel or the ones that are in the area. The room is super spacious. If you are only going to use the room to sleep this is THE place! There are several fast food places walking distance, a pharmacy, a gas station. Everything you need.

I picked this hotel for the pool and it didn't disappoint. You had two large pool. One shallow for volleyball and basketball, toys provided. The other was nice and deep. I've been staying at Hiltons and the pools are so shallow 41/2 feet. Horrible. This pool was great. I enjoyed watching the young people on the water slide and they didn't even get near enough to splash me. Huge pool! Handicapped bathroom was perfect. Location of my room (near parking and pool entrance) was perfect, too!

Breakfast was quite good with a mixed variety of items. The coffee was just ok, but the orange juice suprised me as it had a more really natural taste. I regret the scrambled eggs don't taste as fresh made but of premixed containers. In general a good variety and definitely much better than other hotels in this price range.

Room was great, however the fridge did not work very well. Barely kept our food cool, and didn't have a freezer section which was disappointing as I expected to see and use this section. Did not use the pool but it looked fun. Location was great.

Pool area was great. Choice of two pools. Two hot tubs. The location was perfect for us. Fairly close to all attractions and just a few minutes from Disney Springs. Surprisingly good food at the Outdoor Bar Grill. Overall, great customer service from everyone, but a big shout-out to Isabel and Shady at front desk. Great team! We needed a little extra attention on a few things and they did not hesitate at all to help.
